The mantle
The mantle is the biggest layer of Earth. It takes more than 80% of Earth's space. This layer is the layer that has convection currents taking place within it. And these convection currents are what cause tectonic plate movent on the crust.
The tempuratures on this layer can be as low as 500°C near the crust and be as hot as 4000°C near the inner core.
This layer is mostly composed of mollasus like liquid nickel and iron. and is made up of two sections, the upper mantle (lithosphere) and the lower mantle (asthenosphere). This layer can be up to 2800km thick.
